I would like to personally thank the staff at Affordable Denture’s on Fayetteville st in Durham; especially Miss Lois😁 she is amazingly so kind a very attentive by greeting each patient kindly and always returning any phone call promptly! Miss Sara is also amazing and has excellent bedside manner! The hygienist and assistants are also soft spoken and super sweet! They make you feel comfortable with their warm welcomes! I would say to anyone looking for a great dental experience, to definitely go to their office! I appreciate them so much!

Very friendly staff. Went back a few times for adjustments with no problem. My suggestion is to get a quote print out. I had received about three different quotes with the last one being a printed one which had to be honored. One was a written quote and I was told later something was left out. The third was a verbal quote from the Dr. which was higher, until I whipped out the printed one . After that mishap everything else was for the most part was smooth sailing. On my last visit after waiting about 40 minutes past my appointment time while being seated in the back, I let it be known I had no more time to wait because I had another appointment coming up ( in about 35 minutes). I was seen expeditiously at that point and I was out of there! Luckily my next appointment was in the SouthPoint area. Other than those small setbacks I would say service as a whole was impeccable.

Dr. SARA SALEH FORGED MY SIGNATURE on April 8th, 2026. I was a patient at this clinic since November 2025 and even before at a different location. I have a video of the situation (attached). This was recorded after she realized she was caught in her lie. Initially, Dr. Saleh tried to blame her office staff by stating, “I can’t believe they are doing this. They are trying to get away with this” But then she admitted, she is the owner of this location which means she asked her staff to forge my signature. Dr. Saleh did not want to make any big changes to my denture even though from the beginning I was not okay with the size of the teeth. Dr. Saleh then kept referring to a document that was initially “signed” which is why she continuously refused to make any changes. But when I asked for the document that was supposedly signed, she gave me a a document where she forged my signature. I am taking legal actions against Dr. Saleh and have reported her to the Board of Dental Examiners. Please do NOT work with her. She is so insensitive and it’s truly sad because she mostly serves vulnerable and marginalized populations as her practice is supposed to be “affordable”. She is using her whi

Affordable Dentures and Implants mission is to make quality dental work affordable to those who may not otherwise be able to receive it. With their fabrication facility on site they can provide dentures and implants at a fraction of the cost of many providers. They attempt to make the process of Medicaid approval less challenging than many other offices as well. Their front desk attendant Lois is a joy to work with. However in their attempt to achieve these goals they have a tendency to overpromise and under deliver. I had a full extraction and immediate dentures. Last week I had my hard reline. In each experience the customer service was disappointing. Don't get me wrong Dr. Saleh is a consumate professional, but her office staff does not reach her level of excellence. Short version is that to meet their goal they appear to over book and run late, (by an hour and fifteen minutes in my last visit) and (again) her clinical staff can be ,let's just say, less than empathetic. Because of this I have to book a other appointment just to get the questions answered I had then and to mske sure the fit of my new appliance is acceptable. Excellent experience! Dr. Saleh went above and beyond to make sure my teeth looked perfect and that I was completely happy with the results. My husband was amazed at how natural they looked—he even asked if I had provided an old photo for reference (I didn’t!). I’ve received so many compliments on my smile, and no one can tell I have an upper denture. They were also willing to customize my denture with a horseshoe design to accommodate my sensitive gag reflex, which I had heard many providers won’t do. Dr. Saleh explained that this could reduce suction and might require adhesive, but surprisingly, the fit was so good that I didn’t need any. Even the team was impressed by how well they stayed in place, which really speaks to the quality of the impressions and the in-house lab work. Over time, I experienced normal bone loss and needed to use adhesive temporarily, but after getting a soft reline, I’m back to not needing any at all. It’s been such a relief to wear them comfortably without adhesive. From the very beginning, I followed their instructions carefully—wearing and cleaning them as directed—and within just a few days, they felt like a natural part of me. I had no trouble eatin
